(1) This Order may be cited as the Rates (Amendment) (2009 Act) (Commencement No.1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2009.
(2) In this Order “the 2009 Act” means the Rates (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2009.

(1) 23rd November 2009 is the day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the 2009 Act listed in Schedule 1.
(2) 14th December 2009 is the day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the 2009 Act listed in Schedule 2.
