These Regulations may be cited as the Foyle Area and Carlingford Area (Licensing of Fishing Engines) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2009.

The Foyle Area and Carlingford Area (Licensing of Fishing Engines) Regulations 2001 are amended in accordance with regulations 3 and 4.

For the Schedule substitute the Schedule set out in the Schedule.

In regulations 6, 7(4) and 8(4) for “Part III” substitute “Part II”.
5 
Regulations 5, 7(3) and 8(3) of the Foyle Area and Carlingford Area (Licensing of Fishing Engines) Regulations 2001 are revoked.
6 
The Foyle Area and Carlingford Area (Licensing of Fishing Engines) (Amendment No.2) Regulations 2007  are revoked.
