(1) This Order may be cited as the Lyon Court and Office Fees (Variation) (No. 2) Order 2008 and shall come into force immediately after the coming into force of the Lyon Court and Office Fees (Variation) Order 2008.
(2) In this Order “internet search” means a search in the indexes and digitised records of the Court of the Lord Lyon made available on the internet, made by any person by means of the internet with the permission of the Lord Lyon.

Schedule B to the Lyon King of Arms Act 1867 is amended in accordance with Article 3 of, and the Schedule to, this Order.

(1) The contents of the Schedule to this Order are inserted after Part 1 of Schedule B as Part 2 of Schedule B.
(2) Schedule B (except Parts 1 and 2) is revoked.
