These Byelaws may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment No. 2) Byelaws (Northern Ireland) 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2009.

The Fisheries Byelaws (Northern Ireland) 2003  are amended in accordance with byelaws 3 and 4.

For Schedule 3 (Fishing Engines and Licence Duties) substitute the following Schedule.“

(a) under the heading County Antrim insert before the reference to “Cairn Farm Fly Fishery, Carrickfergus” a reference to “Beechgrove Fisheries, Cullybackey”;
(b) under the heading County Antrim insert before the reference to “North Woodburn Reservoir” a reference to “Murloc Angling Centre, Aghalee”.

Byelaw 3 of the Fisheries (Amendment) Byelaws (Northern Ireland) 2007 is revoked.
