(1) This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2008 (Commencement No.2) Order 2008.
(2) In this Order:-
 —“the 2008 Order” means the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2008.

The provisions of the 2008 Order specified in the Schedule to this Order shall come into operation on 16th July 2008.

Article 2

Article 34 (Breach of licensing for sexual offenders).

(b) The Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994,
(c) The Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002.
