(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Feeding Stuffs (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 and shall come into operation on 30th July 2008.
(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Northern Ireland Assembly.

(1) The Feeding Stuffs Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In Chapter A of Schedule 7 (permitted feeding stuffs intended for particular nutritional purposes and provisions relating to their use), for the entries relating to reduction of the risk of milk fever, substitute the entries set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
