This Order may be cited as the Regional Transport Strategies (Health Boards) (Scotland) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 1st January 2007.

In this Order “Transport Partnership” means a Transport Partnership established by the Regional Transport Partnerships (Establishment, Constitution and Membership) (Scotland) Order 2005.

For the purposes of section 8(2) of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2005 (duty of Health Boards as respects regional transport strategies), each Health Board set out in column 1 of the Schedule is specified in relation to the (or, as the case may be, each) Transport Partnership which is set out in the corresponding entry in column 2 of the Schedule.
