(1) This Order may be cited as the Scottish Network 2 Tourist Board Scheme Amendment Order 2004 and shall come into force on 1st December 2004.
(2) In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Scottish Network 2 Tourist Board Scheme Order 2004.

(1) In article 3(1) of the principal Order–
 for “Dumbarton and Clydebank” substitute “West Dunbartonshire”;
 for “Falkirk and Stirling” substitute “Falkirk, Stirling”;
 for “Perthshire” substitute “Perth”; and
 for “the Western Isles” substitute “Na h-Eileanan an Iar”.
(2) In paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 1 to the principal Order–
 for “Dumbarton and Clydebank” substitute “West Dunbartonshire”;
 for “Falkirk and Stirling” substitute “Falkirk, Stirling”;
 for “Perthshire” substitute “Perth”; and
 for “the Western Isles” substitute “Na h-Eileanan an Iar”.
(3) In paragraph 11 of Schedule 1 to the principal Order, for “exciting” substitute “existing”.
