This Order may be cited as the Supreme Court (Non-Contentious Probate) Fees (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2004.

In this Order –
(a) “the principal Order” means the Supreme Court (Non-Contentious Probate) Fees (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996; and
(b) a fee referred to by number means the fee so numbered in Schedule 1 to the principal Order.

In Schedule 1 to the principal Order, for the amount of –
(i) £1·00, payable in respect of Fee No. 9 (a), there shall be substituted the new amount of £1·50;
(ii) £2·50, payable in respect of Fee No. 9 (b), there shall be substituted the new amount of £3·50;
(iii) £3·00, payable in respect of Fee No. 9 (c), there shall be substituted the new amount of £4·00; and
(iv) £25·00, payable in respect of Fee No. 9 (d), there shall be substituted the new amount of £27·50.
