(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) (Extension) (No. 2) Regulations 2003.
(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 31st October 2003 immediately after the Copyright (Visually Impaired Persons) Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2003 has come into force.

The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 (“the E-Commerce Regulations”) shall apply to—
(a) the enactments listed in Part 1 of the Schedule, as amended by the Copyright and Related Rights Regulations 2003; and
(b) the enactments listed in Part 2 of the Schedule,notwithstanding regulation 3(2) of the E-Commerce Regulations.
