This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) (Public Bodies) (England) (No.3) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 8th September 2003.

Each of the following bodies, being a person appearing to the Secretary of State to be exercising a function of a public nature, shall be a public body for the purposes of the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) Act 1970, in its application to England:
 Doncaster Dome Leisure Trust
 Wigan Leisure and Culture Trust
 Trafford Community Leisure Trust

Agreements which may be entered into by Doncaster Dome Leisure Trust, by virtue of this Order, shall be subject to the following restrictions—
(a) that any such agreements are for the supply of property management or grounds maintenance services by Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council; and
(b) that any such agreements are made in connection with the provision of services in the area of Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council.

Agreements which may be entered into by Wigan Leisure and Culture Trust, by virtue of this Order, shall be subject to the following restrictions—
(a) that any such agreements are for the supply of general administrative, security, financial, legal, transport, vehicle repairs and maintenance, vehicle hire, payroll, information communication technology, property management, building, procurement, personnel or performance review services by Wigan Metropolitan Borough Council; and
(b) that any such agreements are made in connection with the provision of services in the area of Wigan Metropolitan Borough Council.

Agreements which may be entered into by Trafford Community Leisure Trust, by virtue of this Order, shall be subject to the following restrictions—
(a) that any such agreements are for the supply of payroll, revenue collection, information technology, legal, grounds maintenance, personnel, procurement, property management or building services by Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council; and
(b) that any such agreements are made in connection with the provision of services in the area of Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council.
