These Regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Substances and Preparations (Safety) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 18th January 2003.

The Dangerous Substances and Preparations (Safety) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2002 are hereby revoked.

Schedule 2 to the Dangerous Substances and Preparations (Safety) (Consolidation) Regulations 1994 is hereby amended as follows—
(a) under the heading “Carcinogenic substances of Category 2”—
(i) after the entry “Toluene-2, 4-diammonium sulphate” in the first column, there shall be inserted the entry set out in Part I of the Schedule hereto;
(ii) after the entry “Foots oil (petroleum), hydrotreated; Foot’s oil” in the first column, there shall be inserted the entry set out in Part II of the Schedule hereto; and
(b) under the heading “Toxic for reproduction substances of Category 2”, before the entry “nickel tetracarbonyl” in the first column, there shall be inserted the entry set out in Part III of the Schedule hereto.
