This Order may be cited as the Freedom of Information (Excluded Welsh Authorities) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 30th November 2002.

The public authorities listed in the Schedule to this Order are designated as excluded authorities for the purposes of section 83(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
