These Regulations may be cited as the Seeds (Fees) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2002, shall extend to England and shall come into force on 23rd July 2002.

For Schedules 1 to 6 to the Seeds (Fees) Regulations 1985 there shall be substituted the Schedules set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
