(1) This Order may be cited as the International Criminal Court Act 2001 (Commencement) Order 2001.
(2) In this Order “the 2001 Act” means the International Criminal Court Act 2001.

Subject to article 3 below the whole of the 2001 Act shall come into force on 1st September 2001.

To the extent necessary for the purposes of making any Order in Council, order, rules or regulations under any of the following provisions thereof, the 2001 Act shall come into force forthwith—
Section 7(3) prescribed form for consent to surrender
Section 13(3) prescribed form for waiver of right to review
Section 49 regulations for the enforcement in England, Wales and Northern Ireland of fines, forfeitures and orders for reparations imposed by the International Criminal Court
Section 50(3) regulations setting out the text of the Elements of Crimes
Section 50(4) certification of relevant reservations or declarations made by the United Kingdom when ratifying a treaty or agreement
Section 79(3) extension of Act’s provisions to Channel Islands, Isle of Man or any Colony
Section 80(3) regulations co-ordinating the 2001 Act and any corresponding provisions of the Scottish Parliament
