(1) This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 31st March 2000.
(2) In this Order “the Schedule” means the Schedule to this Order.

The originating capital of an NHS trust specified in column 1 of the Schedule shall be of the amount specified opposite it in column 2 of the Schedule.
