These Regulations may be cited as the European Economic Interest Grouping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 2nd April 2001.

The Schedule to the European Economic Interest Grouping (Fees) Regulations 1999 is amended by:
(a) substituting, in respect of the entries in the first column listed below, the sums set out below in relation to those entries for the sums specified in relation to those entries in the second column of the Schedule to those Regulations as follows:

(i) entry 2 £6.50

(ii) entry 3 (delivered at an office of the registrar of companies) £6.50

(iii) entry 3 (delivered by post) £9.50

(iv) entry 4 (second element) if requested otherwise £6.50
 plus £1.00 for each copy document supplied.
