This Order may be cited as the Utilities Act 2000 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2000.

1st November 2000 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the provisions of the Utilities Act 2000 listed in the first column of the Schedule to this Order for the purposes set out in the second column.
