This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (Orkney) (No. 4) (Scotland) Partial Revocation Order 2000 and shall come into force at 1300 hours on 2nd November 2000.

In this Order “the principal Order” means the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (Orkney) (No. 4) (Scotland) Order 2000.

The principal Order is revoked insofar as it designates any part of the area described in the Schedule to this Order being an area within the area described in the Schedule to the principal Order.

The area of sea below mean high water springs enclosed by a line starting on the east coast of South Ronaldsay at 58°45'North latitude 2°55'West longitude; then north along the eastern shoreline of South Ronaldsay, Burray, Glims Holm, Lamb Holm, the adjoining causeways and the mainland shore to 59°North latitude 2°54.6'West longitude; then east to 59°North latitude 2°30'West longitude; then south to 58°45'North latitude 2°30'West longitude; then west to the point of beginning.
