This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No. 2) (Scotland) Partial Revocation (No. 3) Order 2000 and shall come into force at 1700 hours on 23rd October 2000.

In this Order “the principal Order” means the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No. 2) (Scotland) Order 2000.

The principal Order is revoked insofar as it designates any part of the area described in the Schedule to this Order being an area within Area 1 described in the Schedule to the principal Order.

The area of sea below high water springs enclosed by a line starting from a point in Gruinard Bay at 57°51.6' North latitude 5°30' West longitude; then north to 58° North latitude 5°30' West longitude; then west to 58° North latitude 6° West longitude; then south to 57°45' North latitude 6° West longitude; then east to Rubha Ban at 57° 45' North latitude 5°48.7' West longitude; then north and east along the shore to the point of beginning.
