This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) Partial Revocation (No. 4) (Scotland) Order 2000 and shall come into force at 1700 hours on 10th February 2000.

In this Order “the principal Order” means The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (Scotland) Order 1999.
3 
The principal Order is revoked insofar as it designates any part of the area described in the Schedule to this Order being an area within the area bearing the letter A described in paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the principal Order.

The area of sea lying below high water springs enclosed by a line starting at a point on the south coast of Mull at 56°18.7'N 6°W; then south to 56°15'N 6°W; then west to 56°15'N 6°30'W; then north to 56°30'N 6°30'W; then west to Scarinish on the east coast of Tiree at 56°30'N 6°48.2'W; then north and west along the coast of Tiree to a point on the west coast at 56°30'N 6°59'W; then west to 56°30'N 7°W; then north to 56°45'N 7°W; then east to a point on the Scottish mainland at 56°45'N 6°11.3'W at Sanna; then east and south along the mainland of Scotland to a point at 56°30'N 5°27.2'W then west to the east shore of Lismore at 56°30'N 5°30.3'W then north, west and south to a point on the west shore of Lismore at 56°30'N 5°33.5'W then west to a point on the east coast of the Morven peninsula at 56°30'N 5°40.7'W; then along the shoreline to a point at 56°30'N 5°41.4'W then west to a point on the north east coast of Mull at 56°30'N 5°46.4'W then west, south and east along the shoreline of Mull to the start point.
