(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Local Authorities (Requisite Calculations) (Wales) (Prescribed Amounts) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 18th February 1999.
(2) In these Regulations a reference to a numbered section is a reference to a section of the Local Government Finance Act 1992.

For each local authority in Wales for the financial year beginning on 1st April 1999 the prescribed proportion of council tax benefit for the purpose of section 33(3C) is the proportion specified for the authority in column 2 of the Table set out in the Schedule.

For each local authority in Wales for the financial year beginning on 1st April 1999 the prescribed guideline budget requirement for the purpose of section 33(3D) is the amount specified for the authority in column 3 of the Table set out in the Schedule.
