This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) Partial Revocation (No. 3) (Scotland) Order 1999 and shall come into force at 18.00 hours on 7th December 1999.

In this Order “the principal Order” means The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (Scotland) Order 1999.
3 
The principal Order is revoked insofar as it designates any part of the area set out in the Schedule to this Order being within the area bearing the letter D described in paragraph 4 of the Schedule to the principal Order.

The area of sea below high water spring enclosed by a line starting at 55°30'N 6°30'W; then North to Port Wemyss on Islay at 55°40.5'N 6°30'W; then east and north along the southern shores of Islay to Ardmore point on the east coast at 55°41'N 6°01.3W; then east to 55°41'N 6°W; then south to 55°30'N 6°W then west to the starting point.
