This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (East Coast) (No. 3) (Scotland) Partial Revocation Order 1999 and shall come into force at 18.00 hours on 16th November 1999.

The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (East Coast) (No. 3) (Scotland) Order 1999 is revoked insofar as it designates any part of the area set out in the Schedule to this Order.

Article 2

The area of sea below high water springs enclosed by a line starting at a point close to Portgordon at 57°40'N 3°W; then west and north along the shoreline of the mainland of Scotland to a point north of Wick in Sinclairs Bay at 58°30'N 3°08'W; then east to a point at 58°30'N 3°W; then south to the start point.
