These Regulations may be cited as the Eel Fishing (Licence Duties) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2000.

There shall be payable to the Fisheries Conservancy Board for Northern Ireland by way of licence duties in respect of licences for the use of fishing engines for the taking of eels referred to in column 1 of the Schedule the amounts respectively specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
3 
The Eel Fishing (Licence Duties) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998 are hereby revoked.
