(1) This Order may be cited as the Waste and Contaminated Land (1997 Order) (Commencement No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999.
(2) In this Order “the Order” means the Waste and Contaminated Land (Northern Ireland) Order 1997.

(1) The day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Order specified in Schedule 1 shall be 19th August 1999.
(2) The day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Order specified in Schedule 2 shall be 11th March 2000.
