This Order may be cited as the Special Health Authorities (Establishment and Constitution Orders) Amendment Order 1998 and shall come into force on 21st July 1998.

After article 5 of the Authorities for the Ashworth, Broadmoor and Rampton Hospitals (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1996 there shall be added the following article—“

The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 shall apply to each Authority.”.
3 
After article 7 of the Family Health Services Appeal Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1995 there shall be added the following article—“

The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 shall apply to the Authority.”.
4 
After article 5 of the Health Education Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1987 there shall be added the following article—“

The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 shall apply to the Authority.”.

After article 4 of the Mental Health Act Commission (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1983 there shall be added the following article—“

The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 shall apply to the Commission.”.

After article 7 of the National Blood Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1993 there shall be added the following article—“

The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 shall apply to the Authority.”.

After article 6 of the National Health Service Supplies Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1991 there shall be added the following article—“

The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 shall apply to the Authority.”.

After article 7 of the United Kingdom Transplant Support Service Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1991 there shall be added the following article—“
