These Regulations may be cited as the Seed Potatoes (Fees) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 15th June 1998.

There shall be paid to the Minister, in respect of the matters referred to in the first column of the Schedule to these Regulations, the fee set out opposite in the second column (new fee) of that Schedule.
3 
If an application for the classification of a crop of seed potatoes is withdrawn before the arrival of an inspector for the purpose of inspecting the crop for the first time there shall be paid to the Minister a fee of £15.
4 
The Seed Potatoes (Fees) Regulations 1990 and the Seed Potatoes (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 are hereby revoked.
