These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Renewal Grants (Prescribed Form and Particulars) (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 14th April 1997.

The form set out in the Schedule to the Housing Renewal Grants (Prescribed Form and Particulars) Regulations 1996 is amended as mentioned in the Schedule to these Regulations.
3 
These Regulations shall not have effect in relation to applications for a grant made before 14th April 1997.
