This Order may be cited as the Recreation Grounds (Revocation of Parish Council Byelaws) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 15th August 1997.

The byelaws mentioned in the first column of the Schedule to this Order, made with respect to the recreation grounds and other areas named or described in the second column of that Schedule, are hereby revoked.
