These Regulations may be cited as the Seeds (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 1st July 1997.
2 
For Schedules 1 to 6 to the Seeds (Fees) Regulations 1985 there shall be substituted the Schedules set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
