This Order may be cited as the Supreme Court Fees (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1997.

For Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Schedule to the Supreme Court Fees Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 there shall be substituted the new Sections 1, 2 and 4 set out in the Schedule to this Order.
