These Regulations may be cited as the Health and Safety (Repeals and Revocations) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 1st January 1997.

(1) The enactments specified in column 2 of Part I of the Schedule are repealed to the extent specified in column 3 of that Part.
(2) The instruments specified in column 1 of Part II of the Schedule are revoked.
