These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 1st July 1996.

The Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Regulations) 1995 are hereby amended as follows:
(a) for the table in Schedule 3, there shall be substituted the table set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations; and
(b) for the provisions in Schedule 4 relating to the category headed “Public Mobile Radio”, there shall be substituted the provisions relating to the category headed “Public Mobile Communications” set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
