This Order may be cited as the Control of Traffic (Omagh) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 and shall come into operation on 15th September 1996.

Subject to Article 3 a person shall not cause or permit a vehicle travelling in a southerly direction along Railway Road, Omagh, to make a right-hand turn into Omagh Through-Pass, Route A5(T3).
3 
Article 2 shall not apply to—
(a) vehicles being used for fire brigade, ambulance, police or military purposes; or
(b) a vehicle, the driver of which is acting upon the direction or with the permission of a constable in uniform or of a traffic warden.
