(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Homoeopathic Medicinal Products for Human Use) Amendment Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st April 1995.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Medicines (Homoeopathic Medicinal Products for Human Use) Regulations 1994.

For paragraph (4) of regulation 5 (determination of application for certificate) there shall be substituted—“
(4) The licensing authority shall consult the Board before refusing to grant a certificate of registration on the ground set out in paragraph (2)(d) above, or, except in the case of a product to which paragraph (3) above applies, on the ground set out in paragraph (2)(c) above.”.

In regulation 14 of the principal Regulations (fees for variations of certificates), for “£90” there shall be substitued “£85”.

In Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations (fees for applications for the grant of certificates)—
(a) in paragraph 1, for “£500” there shall be substituted “£475”; and
(b) in paragraph 2, for “£350” there shall be substituted “£335”.
