This Order may be cited as the A12 Trunk Road (Colchester Road, Havering) (Prescribed Routes) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 4th December 1995.

In this Order—
 “central reserve” means that part of Colchester Road which separates the two carriageways of Colchester Road for the safety and guidance of vehicles using that road; and
 “Colchester Road” means that length of A12 Trunk Road in the London Borough of Havering known as Colchester Road.

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to leave or enter Colchester Road at its junction with Bampton Road.
4 
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed through the gap in the central reserve which lies opposite Bampton Road.
5 
The A12 Trunk Road (Colchester Road, Havering) (Prohibition of Use of Gap in Central Reservation) Order 1985 is hereby revoked.
