(1) This Order may be cited as the Parliamentary Constituencies (Northern Ireland) Order 1995.
(2) Subject to section 4(6) of the Parliamentary Constituencies Act 1986 and section 28(6) of the Northern Ireland Constitution Act 1973, this Order shall come into force on the fourteenth day after the day on which it is made.

(1) For all the constituencies in Northern Ireland there shall be substituted the constituencies which—
(a) are named in the left-hand column of the Schedule to this Order;
(b) are designated in that column as either county constituencies or borough constituencies; and
(c) comprise the areas set out in the right-hand column of that Schedule.
(2) The areas set out in the right-hand column of the Schedule to this Order are local government areas as they existed on 1st June 1994.

(1) Section 1(1) of the Northern Ireland Assembly Act 1973 shall be amended by the substitution of the words “90 members” for the words “85 members”.
(2) For the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Assembly Act 1973, there shall be substituted the following Schedule:“
