This Order may be cited as the East Midlands Enterprise Zones (Mansfield) (Designation) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 22nd September 1995.

In this order:
 “the Council” means the Mansfield District Council;
 “the map” means the map prepared in duplicate, marked “Map referred to in the East Midlands Enterprise Zones (Mansfield) (Designation) Order 1995”, and signed by an Under Secretary in the Department of the Environment, one duplicate of which has been deposited and is available for inspection at the principal offices of the Council and the other at the offices of the Secretary of State for the Environment; and
 “the Zone areas” means the two areas—
(i) the boundaries of which are represented by the outside edge of a black line edged internally with a stippled band on the map; and
(ii) to which the East Midlands Enterprise Zone No. 5 (Crown Farm) Scheme and the East Midlands Enterprise Zone No. 6 (Crown Farm) Scheme respectively relate.

The Zone areas are hereby designated as enterprise zones, and the Council is hereby designated as the enterprise zone authority for those zones.

Designation under this Order shall take effect on 22nd September 1995, and the designated areas shall remain enterprise zones for a period of 10 years from that date.
