This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 16th June 1995.

In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires—
 “the principal Order” means the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames) Order 1994;
 “the transferred areas” means the areas referred to in the Schedule to this Order; and
 “the special parking area” means the special parking area designated by article 3(1) of the principal Order.

(1) The principal Order shall have effect as if the transferred areas were included in the special parking area.
(2) Article 4 (modification of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984) and article 5 (modification of the Road Traffic Act 1991) of the principal Order shall apply in relation to the transferred areas as they apply in relation to the special parking area and references in those articles to “the special parking area” and to “a special parking area” shall be taken to include the transferred areas.

Article 2
1 
The areas transferred from the county of Surrey and the district of Elmbridge to the royal borough of Kingston upon Thames and referred to in article 3(3) of the Greater London and Surrey (County and London Borough Boundaries) Order 1994. 
2 
The areas transferred from the county of Surrey and the district of Epsom to the royal borough of Kingston upon Thames and referred to in article 4(2) of the Greater London and Surrey (County and London Borough Boundaries) Order 1994.
3 
The areas transferred from the county of Surrey and the district of Mole Valley to the royal borough of Kingston upon Thames and referred to in article 5(2) of the Greater London and Surrey (County and London Borough Boundaries) Order 1994.
