This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Admission to the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 6th June 1995.

Employment by the Legal Services Ombudsman is hereby added to the employments listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972 with effect from 1st January 1991.

Employment by the Pensions Ombudsman is hereby added to the employments listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972 with effect from 1st April 1991.
4 
Employment by the Local Government Commission for England is hereby added to the employments listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972 with effect from 1st July 1992.
5 
The office of the Chairman of the Local Government Staff Commission (England) is hereby added to the offices listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972 with effect from 13th May 1993.
6 
The office of the Pensions Ombudsman is hereby added to the offices listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972 with effect from 1st September 1994.
7 
The office of the Data Protection Registrar is hereby added to the offices listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972 with effect from 1st September 1994.
