(1) This Order may be cited as the Stanswood Bay Oyster Fishery (Variation) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 31st May 1995.
(2) In this Order—
 “the first principal Order” means the Stanswood Bay Oyster Fishery Order 1973; and
 “the second principal Order” means the Stanswood Bay Oyster Fishery Order 1988.

(1) The first principal Order shall be varied in accordance with the following paragraphs of this article.
(2) In article 3, for the words—
(a) “whose registered office is situate at 48 Drapers Copse, Dibden, Hythe, Southampton” there shall be substituted “whose registered office is 13 Hampton Lane, Winchester, Hampshire SO22 5LF”; and
(b) for “containing 610 acres” there shall be substituted “containing 247 hectares”.
(3) Article 5 (taking of samples for the purpose of disease control) shall be omitted.
(4) Article 5A (control of deposits) shall be omitted.
(5) In article 6, for the words “for 7 years from the date of its coming into operation and no longer” there shall be substituted the words “until 1st June 2005”.

(1) The second principal Order shall be varied in accordance with the following paragraphs of this article.
(2) In article 1(2) (interpretation), in the definition of “the company”, for the words “at 37 Hocombe Drive, Chandler’s Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire SO5 1QE” there shall be substituted “13 Hampton Lane, Winchester, Hampshire SO22 5LF”.
(3) In article 2 (right of several fishery), for the words “until 1st June 1995” there shall be substituted “until 1st June 2005”.
(4) Article 4 (taking of samples for the purpose of disease control) shall be omitted.
(5) Article 6 (control of deposits) shall be omitted.
