(1) This Order may be cited as the Churchill John Radcliffe National Health Service Trust (Change of Name) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 11th March 1994.
(2) In this Order unless the context otherwise requires—
 “the Order” means the Churchill John Radcliffe National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993;
 “the Trust” means the National Health Service trust established by the Order.

The Trust shall be called the Oxford Radcliffe Hospital National Health Service Trust instead of the Churchill John Radcliffe National Health Service Trust and accordingly, in the definition of “the Trust” in article 1(2) and in article 2 of the Order, for the words “Churchill John Radcliffe” there shall be substituted “Oxford Radcliffe Hospital”.

The change of name under this Order shall not—
(a) affect any right or obligation of any person;
(b) be taken as invalidating any instrument (whether made before or after this Order comes into force) which refers to the Trust by its previous name,and all documents or instruments which refer to the Trust by its previous name shall be construed as referring to it under its new name.
