(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (Wales) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 31st December 1994.
(2) In these Regulations, “the 1992 Regulations” means the Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (Wales) Regulations 1992.

(1) In regulation 8(1) and (9) and in regulation 9(1) of the 1992 Regulations, for “7A applies” there shall be substituted “7A(5) applies”.
(2) In regulation 9(2) of the 1992 Regulations, for “7A applied” there shall be substituted “7A(5) applied”.

(1) The 1992 Regulations shall have effect in relation to financial years beginning on or after 1st April 1995 with the following amendments.
(2) In paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 1, for the formula there shall be substituted the formula“(A×£37.60)+(B×0.00083)”.
(3) In paragraph 2(12) of Schedule 2, for “0.91” there shall be substituted “0.97”.
(4) In paragraph 8(1) of Schedule 2, for “1.85 per cent.” there shall be substituted “1.6 per cent.”.
(5) In Part II of Schedule 2, the words and figures from “Preseli Pembrokeshire District Council” to “£15,000” shall be deleted.
(6) For Schedule 4 there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
