(1) This Order may be cited as the Summer Time Order 1994 and shall come into force on the fourteenth day after the day on which it is made.
(2) This Order shall have effect in Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
(3) In this Order “the Act” means the Summer Time Act 1972.

In relation to the year 1995, the period of summer time for the purposes of the Act shall be the period beginning at one o'clock, Greenwich mean time, in the morning of 26th March 1995 and ending at one o'clock Greenwich mean time, in the morning of 22nd October 1995 instead of the period specified in section 1 of the Act.

In relation to the year 1996, the period of summer time for the purposes of the Act shall be the period beginning at one o'clock, Greenwich mean time, in the morning of 31st March 1996 and ending at one o'clock, Greenwich mean time, in the morning of 27th October 1996 instead of the period specified in section 1 of the Act.

In relation to the year 1997, the period of summer time for the purposes of the Act shall be the period beginning at one o'clock, Greenwich mean time, in the morning of 30th March 1997 and ending at one o'clock, Greenwich mean time, in the morning of 26th October 1997 instead of the period specified in section 1 of the Act.

The following Orders are hereby revoked, namely:
 The Summer Time Order 1980;
 The Summer Time Order 1982;
 The Summer Time Order 1986;
 The Summer Time Order 1988; and
 The Summer Time Order 1989.
