These Regulations may be cited as the European Economic Interest Grouping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 1st October 1994.

The second column in the Schedule to the European Economic Interest Grouping (Fees) Regulations 1989is amended by substituting, in relation to the first entry in the first column of that Schedule, the sum of £20.00.

The fee prescribed in regulation 2 above applies to any registration in respect of which every document necessary for the registrar to effect such registration is delivered to the registrar on or after 1st October 1994; and for the purposes of this regulation “registrar” has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the European Economic Interest Grouping Regulations 1989.
