This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Special Parking Areas) (London Borough of Richmond upon Thames) (Amendment) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 17th June 1994.

In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,“the principal Order” means the Road Traffic (Special Parking Areas) (London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames and Southwark) Order 1993; and
 “the 1984 Act” and “the 1991 Act” have the same meanings as in the principal Order.

(1) The principal Order shall have effect as if the areas referred to in the Schedule to this Order were included in the special parking area designated by article 3(1)(a) of the principal Order.
(2) In article 3(1)(a) of the principal Order after “Schedule 1” there shall be inserted “and the areas described in Schedule 1A”.
(3) The following Schedule shall be inserted after Schedule 1 to the principal Order:—“
SCHEDULE 1A
1 
Bushy Park
2 
Hampton Court Park
3 
So much of Richmond Park as lies within the London borough of Richmond upon Thames.”
(4) Article 4 (modification of the 1984 Act) and article 5 (modification of the 1991 Act) of the principal Order shall apply in relation to the areas referred to in the Schedule to this Order as they apply to the special parking areas designated by article 3 of that Order, so that references in article 4 or 5 to a special parking area shall be taken to include an area referred to in the Schedule to this Order.

The areas transferred from the county of Surrey and the district of Spelthorne to the London borough of Richmond upon Thames and referred to in article 3 of the Greater London and Surrey (County and London Borough Boundaries) (No.2) Order 1993.

The areas transferred from the London borough of Wandsworth to the London borough of Richmond upon Thames and referred to in article 14 of the Greater London and Surrey (County and London Borough Boundaries) (No.2) Order 1993.

The areas transferred from the London borough of Hounslow to the London borough of Richmond upon Thames and referred to in the table to article 5(1) of the Greater London and Surrey (County and London Borough Boundaries) (No.4) Order 1993.
