This Order may be cited as the Education (Listed Bodies) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 5th March 1993.

The bodies which are specified in the Schedule to this Order comprise all those bodies which appear to the Secretary of State to fall within section 216(3) of the Education Reform Act 1988.

The Education (Listed Bodies) Order 1991 is hereby revoked.
