This Order may be cited as the County Courts (Financial Limits) Order (Northern Ireland) 1993 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1993.

In the staturory provisions set out in column 1 of the Schedule (which prescribe financial limits relating to the jurisdiction of county courts) for the figures set out in column 2 of that Schedule (wherever they occur) there shall be substituted the figures set out in column 3 of that Schedule.
3 
Except for the entries relating to the Landlord and Tenant Law Amendment (Ireland) Act 1860 and Article 30(3) of the County Courts (Northern Ireland) Order 1980 in the Schedule to the County Courts (Financial Limits) Order (Northern Ireland) 1992 the Schedule to that Order is hereby revoked.
