(1) This Order may be cited as the Gaming Act (Variation of Monetary Limits) (Scotland) (No.3) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st January 1993.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.

The provisions of section 34 of the Gaming Act 1968 which are specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order (which specify maximum sums permitted in respect of the matters mentioned in column 2 of that Schedule) shall have effect as if, for the sums specified in those provisions and mentioned in column 3 of that Schedule (and which currently have effect as if there were substituted therefor the sums mentioned in column 4 of that Schedule), there were substituted the sums specified in column 5 of that Schedule.

In the Schedule to the Gaming Act (Variation of Monetary Limits) (Scotland) (No.2) Order 1989 the entries relating to subsections (3), (4) and (8) of section 34 of the Gaming Act 1968 shall be omitted.
